摘    要:本文对海拔5200m从本重体力劳动45天的48名青年劳动前后在现场拍摄两次X线胸片。结果:心脏横径、心脏长径、心脏面积、心胸比率较初入高原时显著缩小(P<0.01);肺动脉干横径、肺动脉突度、右肺下动脉横径、右肺下动脉与气管横径比值显著增加(P<0.01);升主动脉和主动脉结横径、胸宽和肺面积增加或显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。其中2例诊断为高原心脏病,3例诊断为高原肺水肿。

Abstract:his article determined the parameter of heart and lungs by taking X-ray 2 times before andafter 48 young men taked part in heavy physical labor for 45 days at 5 200m highland. The resultsshown that horizontal diameter,vertical diameter and area of heart as well as ratio of heart tochest decreased markedly than that when they arrived at there initially (P<0. 01).Diameter ofpulmonary artery,pulmonary artery segment,right pulmonary inferior artery and dimeter ratio ofright pulmonary inferior artery to trachea increased markedly(P<0. 001).Lift aorta,diameter ofaorta,width of chest and area of lungs increased or increased obviously(P<0. 05,or P<0.01). Among them,2 cases were diagnosed as altitude heart diseases, 3 cases altitude pulmonary ede-mas.
