低血糖脑病临床及影像学特点

目的：探讨低血糖脑病的临床及影像学特点。方法：对64例低血糖脑病患者临床及影像学资料进行回顾性分析，以了解临床表现与影像学改变的关系。结果：64例患者中癫痫3l例，偏瘫10例，呼吸衰竭8例，双侧锥体束征41例，影像学见点灶状出血6例，脑水肿8例，多见于呼吸衰竭者，表现偏瘫者10例，有相对应病灶者4例。结论：低血糖脑病的影像学改变与病情程度有关，与低血糖持续时间有关。

The Clinical and Imaging Charactors of Hypoglycemic Encephalopathy

Objective: To ivestigate the clinical and imaging characters of Hypoglycemic encephalopathy(HLE). Methods: The clinical and imaging data of 64 patients with HLE were analysed retrospectirely on the relationship between the clinical manifestation and the the imaging changes. Results: Of 64 patients, the epilepsy was 3 leases, the hemiplegia 10 oases, repiratory failure 8 cases, bilateral pyramid sign 41 cases. imaging show spot plate hemorrhage 6 cases, encephaloedema 8 cases, which were seen usually inrespiratory failure, hemiplegia 10 case, have the responsible lesion 4 cases. Conclusion: Of patients with HLE, the imaging changes were correlated with the severe degree,also the duration time.
