摘    要:目的:了解儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染情况。方法:采用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术检测1206例疑似MP感染患儿的咽拭子标本中的MP-DNA。结果:1206例呼吸道感染患儿中MP-DNA阳性435例,占36.0%。结论:提示FQ-PCR可快速、敏感、准确地定量检测标本中MP-DNA,了解MP在患儿体内感染情况,有助于临床明确诊断与治疗方案的选择。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) in children. Methods: 1 206 throat swab samples of suspected MP infection MP-DNA were detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR). Results: In 1 206 samples of respiratory infection in children, the MP-DNA copies was 435 cases, with a positive rate of 36.0%. Conclusion: FQ-PCR method for MP-DNA quantitative detection is simple, sensitive, and accurate. Knowing the infection of MP in children in vivo, which is contribute to the clinical diagnosis and treatment options of respiratory infection.
