| 摘 要： | 为了解间盘真空现象产生的原因及ＣＴ表现，从６００例腰椎ＣＴ中筛选出２２例具有真空现象的ＣＴ图像作回顾性分析。结果２２例共扫描５４个间盘，其中２５个间盘具有真空现象（１例腰１－２，２例腰２－３，１例腰３－４，１２例腰４－５，９例腰５－骶１）。间盘真空现象是椎间骨软骨病的结果，ＣＴ扫描可以准确无误地将其识别，这在诊断间盘老化，防止间盘病变的加重有临床意义

| Abstract: | To study the origin and CT manifestation of vacuum phenomena in lumbar disc, we selected from 600 CT scans and analysed them retrospectively. Results: vacuum appeared in 25 of 54 discs scanned in these 22 patients. Vacuum was at L 1 2 in one case, at L 2 3 in two, at L 3 4 in one, at L 4 5 in twelve, and at L 5 S 1 in nine. Vacuum phenomena of intervertebral disc resulted from intervertebral osteochondrosis, which could be accurately identified by CT scanning. It is important to recognize vacuum phenomenon for the diagnosis of aging in intervertebral disc and the prevention of deterioration of vertebral disease. |
