外侧入路小切口全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折

目的:临床对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施外侧入路小切口全髋关节置换手术的效果分析。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的30例老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,并观察分析外侧小切口全髋关节置换术实施的效果。结果:手术切口平均8cm,手术时间均为68min,术中出血量平均380m L。随访16个月后得知,本组患者实施手术治疗一年后Harris评分平均为(95.1±2.4)分,同时本组患者术后没有出现神经经脉血栓、切开感染以及神经血管损伤和假体松动以及髋关节脱位等并发症发生。结论:临床对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施外侧小切口全髋关节置换术治疗,不仅效果显著,而且手术切口小、创伤小、瘢痕少、术后功能恢复快,是一种非常理想的治疗方法,值得临床推广使用。

Anterolateral Incision Total Hip Replacement in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective To analyzed the anterolateral incision total hip arthroplasty in elderly bones neck fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data in our hospital 30 cases of femoral neck fractures in elderly patients,and to observe and analyze small lateral incision total hip replacement surgery the effect of the implementation. Results Incision was average 8cm,operative times were 68 min,the average blood loss was 380 m L.The average followed-up of 16 months,after a year on average Harris hip score was 95. 1 points,no wound infection,no fractures,no neurovascular damage,no deep vein thrombosis,no prosthesis loosening and dislocation of the hip and other serious complications occurred. Conclusion The clinical implementation of femoral neck fracture patients outside of a small incision total hip arthroplasty treatment,not only the effect is significant,but small incision,less trauma,less scarring,faster postoperative recovery,is an ideal method of treatment,it is worth clinical use.
