离体上肢动脉带骨铸型标本的设计与制作

目的:建立上肢动脉分支、分布的立体概念,让临床医生能够正确的认识到血管的走向,减少血管手术的失误,提高上肢血管研究项目的成功率。方法:取新鲜冻尸的完整左侧上肢1例,从腋动脉、桡动脉、尺动脉处用过氯乙烯+过氯乙烯-自凝牙托新型材料进行多点灌注,用自然腐蚀进行大部分组织的腐蚀,然后再用碱腐蚀去除残余的组织。结果:成功制作出一例离体上肢动脉带骨铸型标本,使用非过氯乙烯作为填充剂,多点插管分别均占最近相关研究66.7%,自然腐蚀,酸腐蚀和碱腐蚀分别占33.3%,44.4%和22.2%。结论:通过离体上肢动脉带骨铸型标本的设计与制作,将为临床手外科提供一定的形态学基础,并可促进相关的科研和教学的进一步发展。

The Design and Preparation of Cast Specimens of Upper Limb Artery with Bone in Vitro

Objective To provide a correct understanding of the blood vessels,reduce the errors of vascular surgical for clinicians and improve the rate of success of the research project for Upper limb vessels,we establish the stereoscopic concept of the branches and distribution for the upper limb artery. Methods One case of complete left upper limb fresh frozen cadaver,axillary artery,radial artery,ulnar artery are poured into perchloroethylene +vinyl chloride-self curing denture model material as multi point prefusion,natural corrosion is used for the most organizations,and the residual tissues are removed by the alkali corrosion. Results The design and preparation of cast specimens of upper limb artery with bone in vitro is successfully made,in recent related research,the use of non Perchloroethylene and multi-point intubation take up the same percentage of 66. 7%,natural corrosion,acid corrosion and alkali corrosion accounted for 33. 3%,44. 4% and 22. 2%. Conclusion Through the design and production of artery of upper extremity cast specimens with bone,it will provide morphological basis for the clinical surgery of the hand,and can promote the further development of scientific research and teaching.
