目的：观察针灸手法治疗颈源性面神经炎的疗效。方法：选用针刺风池、四白、下关、地仓、颊车、合谷加用手法治疗。每日1次，10次为1个疗程，疗程间隔3天，3疗程后总结疗效。结果：30例中痊愈18例，占60％；显效9例，占30％；好转3例，占10％；无效0例；总有效率100％．结论：针灸手法治疗颈源性面神经炎疗效显著。
