| 摘 要： | 对１３６６例慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡患者的胃粘膜进行幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）定性检测，并与其中医证型进行分析。结果表明：ＨＰ阳性者以实证为多见，ＨＰ阳性率在不同中医证型中依次为脾胃湿热＞胃络淤血＞肝胃不和＞脾胃虚弱。

| Abstract: | Detecting helicobacter polori (HP) were examined in 1 366 cases of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. The detectable rate were related to symptom pattern (zheng pattern). HP were usually detectd in excess syndrom, and were rarely detected in weakness syndrom. The positive percetage from the highest to lowest were damp-heat in spleen and stomach,blood stasis of stomach,incordination between liver and spleen and weakness of spleen and stomach successively. |
