褐多孔菌水煎剂对小鼠肠道菌群的影响

用大黄造成实验性脾虚模型,并引起小鼠肠道内菌群紊乱,其中的双歧杆菌、乳杆菌及拟杆菌菌量均下降,当服用褐多孔菌水煎剂后,这些菌量均上升为正常水平。本研究表明,褐多孔菌不仅对免疫功能具有调节作用,而且对小鼠肠道菌群失调也具有调节功能,并对脾虚的康复具有促进作用。

The effect of brown porous bacteria on intestional flora in mouse

Brown porous bacterium is rich in the birch and pine in Daxinganli. In previous immunity experiment, we found it enhanced immunity function. There was positively relation between the normal flora and immunity function. Model of "spleen deficiency", was made with rhubarb. The rhubarb resuted in mice disorder of intestional flora,with bifidobacterium, lactlobacillus and bacteroides declined. These, bacteria would rise to normal level alter giving mice brown porous bacterium. The test suggests that brown porous bacterium has regulation not only on immunity function but also on disorder of intestional flora in mice and brown porous bacterium can promote ebemice of "spleen deficiency" reco- vered too.
