川芎嗪对博菜霉素致肺间质纤维化大鼠MMP-9表达的影响

摘    要:目的研究川芎嗪对博莱霉素致肺间质纤维化大鼠MMP-9表达的影响。方法选SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为4组即正常组、模型组、阳性药物对照组及川芎嗪组,每组10只。于28d麻醉后取肺组织,采用免疫组化和western blot的方法检测MMP-9的表达。结果模型组MMP-9表达上调,川芎嗪组表达降低,表明川芎嗪可以降低博莱霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠MMP-9的表达。结论通过降低MMP-9的表达,可能是川芎嗪发挥抗肺纤维化作用的途径之一。

TMP on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats the expression of MMP-9

Abstract:Objective: To study the TMP on bleomycin-induced pulmonary, fibrosis in rats the expression of MMP-9. Methods: 40 SD male 'rats. Randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, positive control group and TMP group, a total of 4 groups of 10 each. 28 days after anesthesia in lung tissues were harvested for immunobistochemical staining and western blot MMP-9. Results: MMP-9 upregulation in the untreated group, TMP group was decreased, indicating that TMP can reduce bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrasis in rats the expression of MMP-9. Conclusion: By reducing the expression of MMP-9 may play an anti-TMP one of the ways the role of pulmonary fibrosis.
