| 摘 要： | 黄连解毒汤是中医临床的1种代表性方剂,对于多种病症具有确切的疗效。近年来,国内外学者对黄连解毒汤的化学成分和药物动力学进行了较深入的研究,从中分离出大量的化合物,对于阐明黄连解毒汤的药效物质基础和体内作用机制具有重要的意义。该文对近年来黄连解毒汤的化学成分和药物动力学研究成果作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Huanglian Jiedu Tang is a representative of Traditional Chinese Medicinal formula in clinical application,and it is effective in many kinds of diseases.In the recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have done lot of research in the area of chemical constituents and pharmacokinetics of Huanglian Jiedu Tang.Many kinds of chemical constituents were isolated from Huanglian Jiedu Tang,and it is important for illuminate the effective substance basis and action mechanism of this formula.This paper reviews the main achievements of chemical constituents and pharmacokinetics research of Huanglian Jiedu Tang in the recent years. |
