30例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果。方法对行子宫肌瘤手术的60例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，随机分为两组，各30例。观察组行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术，对照组行传统开腹方式行肌瘤剔除术。观察比较两组在术中、术后的情况及临床疗效。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、起床活动时间、住院天数上均低于对照组，经统计学分析，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术疗效显著，具有创伤小、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点，值得临床推广应用。
