手术室新进护士的层级培训方法探讨

摘    要:目的探讨手术室新进护士的层级培训方法,以及分析层级培训的意义。方法在转正前期培训和转正后初期,使用层级培训的模式,对新进护理人员进行核心能力培训。结果培训后新进护士知识技能、消毒能力、安全管理、专科实践、应急协调和科研能力得分均较培训前明显提高(P〈0.05),培训后手术医生、麻醉医生以及同科室高年资护理人员对新进护士满意度均明显提高(P〈0.05)。结论对手术室新进护理人员按层级进行培训,能较快的使护士适应工作环境,提高医护、护护工作满意度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the layer training methods for new operating room nurses and to analyze the significance of this training.Methods The training for core competence was conducted in the new nursing staff by using layer training modes during probation and after probation.Results After training,the scores for knowledge and skills,sterilization capability,safety management,special practice,emergency coordination,and research ability were significantly improved(P<0.05). The satisfaction leveI for the new nurses was markedly increased in surgeons,anesthesiologists,and seniornurses(P<0.05).Conclusions Layer training for new operating room nurses can make the nurses adapt the working environment faster and improve the satisfaction level in health care and nursing care.
