简析我国精神病患者强制住院的强制主体

Analysis of compulsory psychiatric patients hospitalized in China's compulsory subject

China has begun to establish system of mandatory hospitalization of the mentally ill,but the theoretical research has not caught up with the practical development. As the core of the system of mandatory hospitalization,compulsory subject often runs into difficulties in practice because of the uncertainty of legal provisions and institutional imperfections. Reflection on the compulsory subject has become a necessity especially in the modern society with a more flourishing legal system.
