儿童急性白血病患者血清血管内皮生长因子的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的  探讨儿童急性白血病患者化疗前血清血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)水平与急性白血病的发生及复发之间的关系。方法  采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)对4 6例儿童急性白血病患者治疗前后及 33例健康体检者 (对照组 )进行VEGF测定。结果  初发及复发的儿童急性白血病患者VEGF高于对照组水平 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;完全缓解者和部分缓解者较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;AML的VEGF表达高于ALL(P<0 0 5)。结论 VEGF可作为儿童急性白血病的辅助诊断、疗效的评定及预后判断的有效指标。

Abstract:Objective To determine the serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) level in acute leukemia in children and to elucidate the relation of its level with the carcinogenesis or relapse and its clinical significance. Methods The VEGF levels in the serum were measured by sangwich ELISA in 46 acute leukemia in children and 33 healthy individuals. Results The VEGF levels in the serum in newly diagnosed or relapsed and no remission patients with acute leukemia in children were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P<0.001); The VEGF levels in the serum in CR and PR were significantly degree than newly diagnosed, The AML group were significantly higher than ALL group. Conclusion VEGF could have relation with acute leukemia in children, tested the changes of VEGF can use as the assistance index of diagnosis, has definit clinical signficance to observed effect and judge prognosis.
