目的了解梧州市学校卫生监督工作的现状和存在问题。方法从依法行政的角度对该市学校卫生监督工作的现状和存在问题进行分析,并提出相关对策和措施。结果梧州市学校卫生监督工作现状存在的问题主要是:学校卫生监督力量薄弱,卫生监督人员素质有待提高;学校内部卫生管理工作不到位,卫生管理制度不完善,影响学校卫生监督工作开展;学校卫生监督体制不完善,制约了学校卫生监督工作的开展。结论该市学校卫生监督工作相对滞后,为此,应充实学校卫生监督力量,不断提高学校卫生监督员综合素质;强化学校卫生综合监管,进一步加大学校卫生综合执法力度;进一步健全和完善学校卫生监管体制的对策。
