1995—2007年彭山县结核病控制项目效果分析

目的评价彭山县结核病控制项目实施效果，总结经验，为今后结核病防治工作提供科学依据。方法对彭山县1995—2007年结核病控制项目季报表、年报表、初诊患者登记本、结核患者登记本、痰检患者登记本等资料进行分析。结果13年间，彭山县共发现痰涂阳肺结核患者1368例，涂阳登记率由1995年33．62／10万上升至2007年52．55／10万，其中新登涂阳1021例，新涂阳登记率24．43／10万。初治和复治涂阳治愈率分别为91．38％和87．90％。结论彭山县肺结核患者登记率呈上升趋势，治愈率超过卫生部制定的结核病控制项目结核病治愈率达85％的目标。

Analysis on Tuberculosis Control Project in Pengshan County,1995-2007

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of the tuberculosis （TB） control project in Pengshan County and provide scientific base for the TB control and treatment in the future. Methods The analysis was conducted on the data of TB cases from quarterly report, monthly report, registry of new patients, registry of TB patients and registry of the patients having sputum testing from 1995 to 2007 in Pengshan. Result During 13 years, 1368 smear positive pulmonary TB cases was detected and the registry rate of smear positive TB increased from 33.62/100, 000 in 1995 to 52. 55/100, 000 in 2007; there were 1 021 new smear positive cases with the new smear positive case registry rate of 24. 43/100, 000, and the average cure rate of first treated smear positive patients was 91.38% and that of re - treated smear positive patients was 87. 90%. Conculsions Registry rate of TB patients in Pengshan showed an increasing tendency, and the cure rate of TB exceed 85% set by the Ministry of Health for TB control project.
