2008年广州手足口病分子流行病学分析

摘    要:目的了解引起2008年广州地区手足口病流行的毒株的分子生物流行病学情况。方法首先采用Real-time PCR筛选出总肠道病毒阳性的标本,再分别使用CoxA16和EV71的特异引物进行RT-PCR检测,并对EV71毒株测序,比较序列。结果总肠道病毒阳性率为9.63%,CoxA16阳性率为3.03%,EV71阳性率为2.77%,并归纳出EV71的4个代表性序列。结论广州地区今年流行的EV71毒株并未见大的变异以及毒力加强等情况。

Molecular Epidemiology of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Guangzhou,2008

Abstract:Objective To survey the molecular epidemiology characteristics of the virus strains causing the epidemic of hand-food-mouth disease in Guangzhou during 2008. Method Firstly, Real-time PCR was conducted to select the samples which are enteroviruses positive. Secondly, conventional RT-PCR was conducted with primers of CoxA16 and EV71. Thirdly, EV71 strains were sequenced and analyzed. Results The positive rate of enteroviruses was 9. 63% , of CoxA16 was 3.03%, and of EV71 was 2. 77%. Four representative sequences of EV71 were obtained. Conclusion The prevalent strains of EV71 in Guangzhou in 2008 had no obvious mutation and virulence increasing.
