成都市某高校大学生艾滋病知识调查分析

目的了解大学生对艾滋病知识的掌握情况，为后期进行健康教育提供参考。方法对成都市525名在校大学生进行艾滋病知识及相关问题的问卷调查。结果对性交传播、母婴传播、输血或使用血制品传播、共用注射器传播等传播途径的知晓率分别是89．7％、88．4％、64．9％和98．4％。56．4％的学生对我国面临艾滋病的严重挑战持赞成态度；对婚前性行为持无所谓态度的占64．7％，对多个性伴侣持反对态度的占74．6％，对同性恋持反对态度的占89．0％。学生获取艾滋病相关知识的主要途径是电视广播。大部分学生对有关防治性病和艾滋病的基本知识以及性知识有较高的需求。结论在大学生中有效地开展艾滋病健康教育意义重大，应常抓不懈。

Awareness of Knowledge About AIDS Among A College Students in Chengdu

Objective To learn about the awareness of the knowledge about AIDS among college students in Chengdu and provide basis for the health education among them. Methods A questionnaire survey about AIDS was conducted among 525 college students in Chengdu. Results The awareness rate of AIDS transmission routes was 89. 7% for sexual contact, 88.4% for mother to child transmission, 64. 9% for blood or blood product transmission and 98.4% for injecting drug use. Altogether, 56. 4% of the students agreed that AIDS posed serious challenge to China, 64. 7% of them said that they didn＇t care about the sex before marriage, 74.6% of them said no to multisexual partners and 89% of them said no to homosexuality, TV show was the major channel to spread AIDS related knowledge for the students. Most students were interested in the knowledge about STDs or AIDS prevention/control and sex knowledge. Conclusion It is important to conduct sustained health education about AIDS among college student.
