超临界CO2流体萃取草豆蔻挥发油成分分析

摘    要:利用超临界CO2流体萃取(SFE-CO2)技术从草豆蔻中萃取出挥发油,并用GC-MS在线计算机信息检索分析技术,对解析釜Ⅰ、解析釜Ⅱ中的挥发油分别进行成分分析,得到95个峰和126个峰.分别鉴定出81种和120种成分.

Abstract:By using the extraction technique of supercritical CO2 fluid on Alpinia katsumada Hayata, essential oil could be got and then be applied to GC-MS online computer retrieval analysis. After a stuy on essential oil both in isolation pot I and II, 95 peaks and 126 peaks were recorded respectively, and 81 and 120 components were identified respectively.
