冬泳爱好者冬季血液流变特征与普通正常人的比较研究

目的:比较研究冬泳运动爱好者与普通正常人的血液流变学指标在冬季是否存在差异。方法:测定33名男性冬泳爱好者(连续坚持2年冬泳以上)和29名普通正常人(包括11名男性和19名女性)的血液粘度特征(全血粘度、血浆粘度及全血还原粘度)。结果:普通正常女性的全血粘度及其还原粘度明显低于普通正常男性,而男性冬泳爱好者的全血粘度、血浆粘度及全血还原粘度也显著低于普通正常男性。结论:冬泳爱好者由于长期坚持运动锻炼适应对冬季环境的变化刺激,从而提高其血液流变状态的适应性,可能在预防脑卒中等疾病的发作具有一定作用。

Comparative Study of the Hemorheological Parameters Between Winter-swimming Lovers and Normal People in Winter

Object: To compare whether there is some difference of the hemorheologinal parameters between winter-swimmi ng lover and normal people in winter. Methods: Determining the blood apparent viscosity (the whole blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity and the whole blood reduced viscosity) of thirty-three male winter-swimmers (swimming in winter for m ore than two years) and twenty-nine normal people (including eleven males and nineteen females). Results: The whole blood viscosity and reduced viscosity of normal females were significantly less than those of normal males. The whole b-lood viscosity, the plasma viscosity and the whole blood natural viscosity of the male winter-swimmers were also significantly less than those of normal males. Conclusion: Since winter-swimmers consecutively adhered to taking exercises, their adaptability to the environment changes in winter was improved, which had some effect on preventing diseases such as stroke.
