摘    要:目的:探讨黄芪多糖和达英-35联合应用对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)胰岛素抵抗、雄激素水平及脂代谢的影响。方法:对32例PCOS患者联合应用黄芪多糖和达英-35共3个月,观察治疗前后血性激素、胰岛素敏感性及血脂的改变。结果:治疗后患者血清空腹胰岛素水平、LH/FsH比值、T、A、DHEAS均显著降低(P〈0.01),胰岛素敏感指数显著升高,血T—CHO、Lp(a)降低(P〈0.01),HDL—C显著升高,TG也有轻度降低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖联合达英-35可有效改善PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗和高雄激素状态及血脂代谢,可为PCOS治疗的又一选择。

Influence of Astragalus POlysaccharides Plus Diane-35 on Insulin Resistance and Androgen Levels and Lipid Metabolism of Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effection of astragalus polysaccharides plus diane-35 on insulin resistance.androgen levels and lipid metabolism of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: 32 women with PCOS participated in the study and were administered with combined application of astragalus polysaccharides and diane-35 for 3 months. Sex hormones ,insulin sensitivity and blood lipid were evaluated before and after the therapy. Results : After the treatment, fasting serum insulin levels, LH/FSH ratio, T, A, DHEAS, blood T-CHO and Lp (a) decreased significantly(P〈0.01) ,in the opposite ,insulin sensitivity index and HDL-C increased significantly,while TG has lightly reduced,and the difference was significant(P〈0. 05). Conelusion:Astragalus polysaecharides plus diane-35 can be effective in improving insulin resistance,high androgen hormone status and lipid metabolism in patients with PCOS,and it may be alternative for PCOS.
