表面麻醉下糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化手术

目的:观察表面麻醉下糖尿病患者行白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入的临床效果。方法:临床确诊的糖尿病患者220例260眼,在表面麻醉下经透明角膜隧道切口,行白内障超声乳化及折叠式人工晶体植入手术。结果:所有患者均能耐受手术,未发生麻醉并发症。术后1天视力≥0.5者148眼,占56.92%;术后1周视力≥0.5者206眼,占79.23%。手术并发症主要有:角膜水肿、前房纤维素性渗出、后囊破裂。结论:表面麻醉下糖尿病患者白内障的超声乳化手术具有简化操作过程,并发症少,视力恢复快的特点,术后效果满意。

Phacoemulsification with topical anesthesia in diabetic cataract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of topical anesthesia in phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in diabetic cataract. Methods: With topical anesthesia, 220 cases(260 eyes) of diabetic cataract underwent phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation through transparent limbal tunnel incision. Results:All the patients could cooperate during surgery, and no complications resulted from anesthesia. One day after the surgery, the vision acuity was 0.5 or better in 148 eyes(56.92%); One week after the surgery, the vision acuity was 0.5 or better in 206 eyes(79.23%). Complications of the surgery included corneal edema, significant fibrous exudation in the anterior chamber and posterior capsule rupture. Conclusion: When performed phacoemulsification on diabetic cataract, topical anesthesia can simplify operation, reduce complications and speed up visual recovery .
