汽车驾驶员疲劳综合征与焦虑抑郁情绪及人格特征的关系

目的探讨汽车驾驶员疲劳综合征与个体情绪状态及人格特征关系。方法采用自编疲劳综合征问卷、焦虑自评量表、抑郁状态问卷、EPQ量表测评心理状况,统计分析采用t检验、χ2检验和直线相关分析。结果292名职业驾驶员中76例(26.0%)存在疲劳综合征症状,女性发生率明显高于男性(χ2=6.028,P0.05);105例(36.0%)存在焦虑情绪,女性明显高于男性(χ2=38.652,P0.05);72例(24.7%)存在抑郁情绪,男、女之间无明显差别(χ2=2.826,P0.05);分析疲劳综合征、焦虑抑郁情绪与EPQ的关系发现,分量表中N分呈正相关关系、抑郁情绪与E分呈正相关关系(r=0.711,P0.05);焦虑、抑郁情绪与P、L分无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论汽车驾驶员易出现焦虑、抑郁情绪,这些情绪与其人格特征有密切的关联性。

Study on Personality, Anxiety and Depression Emotions of the Bus Drivers in Xinxiang City

Objective To explore the relationsip among chronic fatigue symptoms,anxiety and depression emotions,and personality characteristics in bus drivers. Methods Mental health measurements were conducted in 292 bus drivers with the Self Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,Chronic Fatigue Syndromp,（CFS）and Eysenck Personal Question-naire（EPQ）.The data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0,χ2 test,t test and linear correlation analysis.Results All the 292 bus drivers,76（26.0%） of them had CFS and the female people had a higher prevalence than the male（χ2=6.028,P〈0.05）.A total of 105（36.0%） had anxious symptoms and the female people had a higher prevalence than the male（χ2=38.652,P〈0.05）.A total of 72（24.7%） had depressive symptoms and there was no difference between female and male people. The N measuring scale in EPQ revealed significantly positive correlation with the score of SAS（P〈0.05）.The E measuring scale in EPQ revealed significantly positive correlation with the score of SDS（P〈0.05）. While the P and L measuring scales in EPQ had no relationship with the anxiety and depression emotion （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bus drivers easily develop chronic fatigue symptoms,anxiety and depression emotions and the state has a significantly positive correlation with personality characteristics.
