茵栀黄和四磨汤辅助治疗早产儿高胆红素血症77例临床观察

目的探讨茵栀黄联合四磨汤辅助治疗早产儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法j将确诊为高胆红素血症的早产儿77例随机分为治疗组（42例）和对照组（35例）,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组采用常规治疗方法加用茵栀黄和四磨汤。结果应用茵栀黄和四磨汤治疗黄疸,胆红素第1天下降值、日均下降值及平均治疗天数明显优于对照值,差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论茵栀黄和四磨汤辅助治疗早产儿高且巨红素血症有良好的效果,可明显缩短黄疸消退的平均时间。

Clinical Observation of Auxiliary Efficacy of Yinzhihuang injection and Decoction of Four-Drug Juice on 77 Premature Infants with Hyperbilirubinemia

Objective To observe the auxiliary efficacy of Yinzhihuang injection combined with decoction of four-drug juice on hyperbilirubinemia in premature infants. Methods Seventy-seven premature infants with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into the study and the control group. The patients in the control group received conventional therapy. The patients in study group were appended with Yinzhihuang injection and decoction of four-drug juice besides the conventional therapy. Results There were statistically significant difference in the first-day-decrement and the mean daily-decrement of bilirubin between the two groups（ P 〈0.01 ）. So was the healing days（ P 〈0.01 ）. The decrements of the study group were higher than that of the control group. The healing days of the study group were less than that of the control group. Conclusion Yinzhihuang injection combined with decoction of four-drug juice as an auxiliary can enhance the efficacy of conventional medication and shorten the average time of jaundice abating.
