奥曲肽对急坏死性胰腺炎内皮素及氧自由基改变的研究

目的：探讨急性坏死胰腺炎（ANP）大鼠内皮素（ET）和氧自由基（OFR）含量的变化及奥曲肽的治疗作用。方法：30只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组，即ANP生理盐水处理组（ANP＋NS组）、ANP奥曲肽治疗组（ANP＋奥曲肽组）和假手术组（SO组）。测定血浆ET和血清丙二醛（MDA）及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）量的变化，并于光镜及电镜下观察胰组织标本。结果ANP＋NS组血浆ET和血清MDA显著增高，血清SOD明显降低，与ANP＋奥曲肽组及SO组比较具有显著差异（P＜0．05）。ANP＋NS组大鼠的胰腺严重受损，而ANP＋奥曲肽组大鼠的胰腺受损程度较轻，结论：奥曲肽对ANP大鼠的胰鼠损伤具有保护作用，其机制可能与间接抑制机体ET和OFR生成有关。

Effects of octreotide on endothelin and oxygen free radical in acute necrotizing pancreatitis in rats

Objective To investigate the changes of endothelin and oxygen free radical concentrations in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis and the role of octreotide.Methods Thirty wistar rats were randomly divided into ANP normal saline management group?ANP octreotide treatment group and sham operation group.ANP model was made by injection of 5% sodium taurocholate solution through biliary-pancreatic duct.ET and MDA?SOD concentrations were determinded,and pancreatic tissue samples was observed with light microscope and eletronic microscope.Results The levels of ET and MDA increased significantly,while the levels of SOD decreased obviously in normal saline management group,there were significant difference( P <0 05) in normal saline management group and octreotide treatment group.Sham operation group.Severely damaged pancreases was found in normal saline management group while in octreotide treatment group.Conclusions Octreotide may protect pancreases in rats with ANP from damages and its effect to inhibit produced ET and OFR may play a role.
