金匮肾气丸对雄性2型糖尿病大鼠睾酮与一氧化氮的影响

目的:探讨金匮肾气丸能否改善雄性2型糖尿病大鼠的雄激素水平和提高性功能。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分成4组:正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、金匮肾气丸组,每组10只,采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方式造模,正常对照组及模型组每日给予生理盐水灌胃,阳性对照组每日给予二甲双胍及枸橼酸西地那非片灌胃,金匮肾气丸组每日给予二甲双胍及金匮肾气丸灌胃,给药4周后空腹测血糖、睾酮(T)、一氧化氮(NO)。结果:金匮肾气丸组及阳性对照组治疗后T及NO均明显高于模型组(P<0.05),但此两组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:金匮肾气丸能有效改善雄性2型糖尿病大鼠的雄激素水平和提高性功能。

Influence of Jingui Shenqi Pill on testosterone and nitric oxide in type 2 diabetic rats

Objective: To explore if Jingui Shenqi Pill can improve the androgen levels and enhance sexual functiona on type 2 diabetic rats.Methods: 40 SD male rats were divided into four groups randomly: normal control group,model group,positive control group,Jingui Shenqi Pill treated group.The rats were injected in abdominal cavities with streptozotocin to establish type 2 diabetes model.Physiological saline was irrigated into the stomachs of the rats in the normal control group and model group,metformin and vigra were irrigated into the stomachs of the rats in the positive control group,metformin and Jingui Shenqi Pill were irrigated into the stomachs of the rats in the Jingui Shenqi Pill treated group.After four weeks,fasting blood glucose,testosterone,nitric oxide were tested.Results: The testosterone and nitric oxide of Jingui Shenqi Pill treated group and positive control group were significantly higher than model group(P<0.05),and there is no difference between the two groups.Conclusion: The Jingui Shenqi Pill can effectively improve the androgen levels and enhance sexual functiona on type 2 diabetic rats.
