| 摘 要： | 为了进一步探讨顽固性咳嗽的病因，对４５例肺部无阳性体征、经特异性皮试阳性的顽固性咳嗽患者，进行肺功能及可逆试验等检查，并结合临床资料进行分析，发现变异性支气管哮喘是引起顽固性咳嗽的重要原因。提出加强对支气管哮喘临床征象全面性及本质性的认识，有助于提高变异性支气管哮喘的诊断水平。

| Abstract: | To further inquire into the causes of intractable cough, 45 patients of intractable cough with non_positive lung signs and specific skin tests positive underwent lung function examinations, reversible tests, and clinical analysis. The results showed that the variability of bronchial asthma was an important cause for the intractable cough. Thus, this paper suggests that strengthen cognition to all_sidedness and essentiality of the clinical signs in bronchial asthma, to improve the diagnosis of the varibility of bronchial asthma. |
