| 摘 要： | 目的观察氟比洛芬酯联合曲马多用于乳腺癌改良根治术后镇痛的效果。方法 40例乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分为F、FD组,每组20例。F组诱导前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50mg,FD组诱导前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50mg,缝皮前静脉注射曲马多50mg。观察气管拔管后1、2、4、8、24h的视觉模拟评分（VAS）及不良反应。结果 FD组VAS评分在各时点均低于F组。结论氟比洛芬酯联合曲马多,可提高镇痛质量,是乳腺癌改良根治术后镇痛的良好选择。
