| 摘 要： | 目的:讨论易必生治疗慢性病毒性肝炎伴中重度黄疸的疗效。方法:160例患者分为两组,治疗组用易必生(多烯磷脂酰胆碱)465mg加入糖水静滴,对照组单用综合治疗。结果:治疗组症状、体征改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组胆红素(TB)下降>50者及丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)恢复正常例数均优于对照组(P<0.05),但血清白蛋白(A/G)比例的提高两组无显著差异(P>0.05),结论:易必生治疗慢性病毒性肝炎伴中重度黄胆有一定的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:Discuss the effect of curing chronic virus hepatitis with medium-deadly jaundice using the medicine of Yi Bisheng.Method:One hundred and sixty patients are divided into two groups,one is curing group with 465mg of Yi Bisheng mixing with sugar water,the other is contrasting group with comprehensive cure.Results:The improvement of symptom is prior obviously to the contrasting group(P<0.05).The patients with the quota of TB lowering half and the patients whose ALT is restored normal are both prior to the contrasting group(P<0.05).But the increase of A/G has no obvious difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Curing chronic virus hepatitis with medium-deadly jaundice using Yi Bisheng has effects in some degree. |
