益气活血法治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床有效性探讨

目的：为了确切观察益气活血法在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛治疗中的疗效。方法：将患者66例按随机分配成3组,A（治疗）组：益气活血法＋西医治疗组,B（对照1）组：西医治疗组,C（对照2）组：外活血法＋西医治疗组,A组22例,B组23例,C组21例,进行临床对照观察。结果：经统计学处理结果：3组患者心绞痛疗效比较,A组和B,C组的疗效相比差异有显著性（2=6.380,P=0.041）;心电图疗效比较,A组和B,C组的疗效相比差异有显著性（2=6.293,P=0.043）。结论：在西医治疗基础上加用益气活血法比单纯西医治疗或者西医加活血治疗更加有效,益气活血可以作为冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床中医治疗基石。

Clinical Effectility on Qi-enriching and Blood-activating Therapy to Unstable Angina

Objective：In order to observe clinical therapeutic effects of qi-enriching and blood-activating therapy treating UA.Methods： the patients were randomly divided into three groups： group A（western medicine treatmentplus qi-enriching and blood-activating therapy group）;group B（western medicine treatment group）;group C（western medicine treatmentplus blood-activating therapy group）.There are 22cases in A group,There are23 cases in B group,There are 21 cases in C group.Conclusion： Result showed that there were significant differences in the clinical effects as the group A compared with group B and group C respectively（X2=6.380,P =0.041 and X2=6.293,P=0.043）Result：It is suggested that the combination of western medicine treatmentplus qi-enriching and blood-activating therapy can significantly increase clinical therapeutic effects compared with simple western medicine treatment or western medicine treatment plus blood-activating therapy.qi-enriching and blood-activating therapy is Treatment foundation of Chinese medicine in UA.
