肺胀痰热郁肺型及痰浊壅肺型多层螺旋CT肺像素指数研究

目的：探讨CT肺像素指数（PI）与肺胀痰热郁肺型及痰浊壅肺型的相关性。方法：选择符合肺胀诊断且辨证分型为痰热郁肺型及痰浊壅肺型两组患者共76例,分别对两组CT肺像素指数（PI-1024~-960、PI-960~-910、PI-910~-800、PI-800~-700、PI〉-700）进行统计;结果：痰热郁肺组肺像素指数PI〉-700较痰浊壅肺组肺像素指数PI〉-700增高,P〈0.05,具有显著性差异;结论：多层螺旋CT肺像素指数（PI）中PI〉-700可以作为肺胀痰热郁肺型与痰浊壅肺型较为敏感且客观的分型指标。

Lung Pixel Indexes of Multi- slice Spiral CT about Heat Phlegm Obstructing Lung Syndrom and Turbid Phlegm Obstructing Lung Syndrom of Lung Distension

Objective：To observe the correlation of the CT Lung Pixel Indexes between heat phlegm obstructing lung syndrom and turbid phlegm obstructing lung syndrom of lung distension.Methods：Chose 76 cases who meet the diagnosis of heat phlegm obstructing lung syndrom and turbid phlegm obstructing lung syndrom of lung distension,divided two groups of heat phlegm obstructing lung syndrom and turbid phlegm obstructing lung syndrom,count on the CT Lung Pixel Indexes（PI-1024～-960、PI-960～-910、PI-910～-800、PI-800～-700、PI-700）of two groups separately.Results：P value of CT Lung Pixel Indexes（PI-700）of two group less than 0.05 with significant differences.Conclusion：CT Lung Pixel Indexes（PI-700） can serve as a sensitive and objective indicators of heat phlegm obstructing lung syndrom and turbid phlegm obstructing lung syndrom of lung distension.
