脑力苏胶囊对血管性痴呆小鼠学习记忆及行为学改善的影响

摘    要:目的:通过脑力苏胶囊对血管性痴呆(Vascular Dementia VD)小鼠记忆及行为学影响的实验研究,探讨该方药对血管性痴呆小鼠学习记忆及行为学改善的效果及部分作用机理。方法:首先采用双侧颈总动脉结扎脑缺血再灌注的方法制备血管性痴呆小鼠模型,随机分为5组:模型组、假手术组、脑力苏高剂量组、脑力苏低剂量组、西药(喜得镇)组。术后2天开始给药,连续给药15天后进行行为学实验测定。结果:经脑力苏胶囊、喜德镇治疗后,小鼠学习记忆及行为能力有明显改善(P〈0.05)。结论:脑力苏胶囊具有一定的提高实验动物学习记忆能力的作用,提示脑力苏胶囊具有益智复元作用。

Abstract:Objective:Brain-Soviet capsule on vascular dementia(Vascular Dementia VD) memory and behavior in mice the impact of experimental research to explore the Recipe on learning and memory in mice with vascular dementia and behavior to improve the effectiveness and some mechanism.Methods: First,use of bilateral carotid artery ligation and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion prepared mouse model of vascular dementia were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group,sham-operated group,brain-Soviet high-dose group,brain-Soviet low-dose group,Western(Hydergine) group.2 days after starting administration,continuous administration for 15 days after the determination of behavioral experiments.Results:The brain-Soviet capsule,Hydergine treatment,the mice the ability of learning and memory and behavior significantly improved(P0.05).Conclusion:The brain-Soviet capsules experimental animals have a certain increase in the role of learning and memory,suggesting that mental Soviet capsule recovery puzzle effect.
