腹腔镜保胆取石术47例围手术期护理

目的:探讨腹腔镜保胆取石术围术期的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析47例腹腔镜保胆取石术和40例开腹保胆取石术的临床护理资料。结果:腹腔镜保胆取石术后并发症、肠道功能恢复时间、术后住院天数少于开腹保胆取石术,且疼痛较轻。通过精心的围术期护理,腹腔镜保胆取石术病人出院满意度高于开腹保胆取石术病人。两组比较有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:腹腔镜保胆取石术具有创伤小,并发症少,病人恢复快的优点,通过术前的心理疏导和术后的观察护理,进一步提升了腹腔镜的优势,提高了护理质量。

Perioperative nursing of preservation of cholecyst in laparoscopy in 47 cases of cholelithiasis

Objective：To discuss the perioperative nursing of preservation of cholecyst in laparoscopy. Methods ：The nursing datas of 47 cases of eholelithiasis treated with micro invasive preservation of cholecyst were analysised retrospectively, of which, 47 cases were treated by laparoscopy,40 cases by open abdomen below fib. Results：Complications in laparoscopy group was significantly less than that in mini - open abdomen group. Recovery time of intestines func- tion and inpatient time in laparoscopy group was significantly shorter than that in mini - open abdomen group. Pain in laparoscopy group was less than that in mini - open abdomen group. Satisfaction of discharged patients in laparoscopy group was high than that in mini - open abdomen group by careful pefioperative nursing. Two groups have statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Laparoseopic treatment for preservation of eholecyst have many advantages, such as decreased injury, less complications,quick healing. Preoperative psychological counseling and postoperative observations can further improve advantages of laparoscopy and quality of nursing.
