细胞周期蛋白在胃肠癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨细胞周期蛋白在胃肠癌中的表达及临床意义.方法用间接免疫荧光双标法在激光扫描共聚焦显微镜下检测33例胃肠癌患者手术标本和内窥镜活检组织标本中cyclin蛋白的表达及其差异.结果在手术切除标本或内镜活检组织标本中,四种cyclin在胃癌和大肠癌中的表达均有一定的阳性表达率,与正常胃肠黏膜相比,具有显著性差异(P＜0.05),而四种cy-clin在胃癌和大肠癌中的表达率差异则无显著性意义(P＞0.05).cyclin D1、cyclin E、cyclin A和cyclin B1在手术前后肿瘤组织中的表达差异均有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论 cyclin蛋白在胃肠肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用.内镜活检组织cyclin的检测对胃肠肿瘤的早期发现有一定意义.

The expression and its clinical significance of cyclin protein in gastrointestinal carcinoma

Objective To study the expression and its clinical significance of cyclin protein in gastrointestinal carcinoma.Methods The expression and differential expression of cyclin protein in 33 cases of gastrointestinal carcinoma from collection of operati on and biopsy by endoscope were detected by indirect immunofiuorescence double-staining methods under laser scanning confocal microscope.Results Cyclin D1, Cyclin E, cyclin A and cyclin B1 protein expression in gastrointestinal carcinoma were positive but negative.in normal tissue. There were significant differences between them (P<0.05). The expression of cyclins were not differences between gastric cancer and intestinal cancer (P<0.05) . There were significant differences between the collection before and after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclin protein might play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal carcinoma. There might be important be significance of detection from collection of endoscope to discover early gastrointestinal carcinoma.
