筋膜下脱袖式子宫改良式全切术探讨

目的 改进传统的子宫全切、保险受术者健康，提供其生活质量。方法 对１０８例有子宫全切指征的病人实行筋膜下脱袖式子宫全切术，受取从子宫ＡＶ血管结扎线结上宫颈肌层上方锐性剥下宫颈筋膜，至宫颈外口平面环行切开，切除子宫及颈管腺体。结果 本术式与传统术式相比：手术时间明显缩短，出血少，损伤小，病人恢复快。结论 凡有子宫全切指征的良性病例均可采用术式，除有上述优点外，术中由于子宫骶骨韧带和主韧带来损伤，不影

Study on off-sleeve Type Hysterectomy Under Fasciae

OBJECTIVE:To improve the traditional hysterectomy and help patients improve their lives quality. METHODS:108 patients were treated by off-sleeve type hysterectomy under fasciae.RESULTS:compared with the traditional operation.It was less bleeding and injured.And also operative time was remarkable shorter.Patients would make a quick recovery.CONCLUSION:the impaired hysterectomy did not damage uterosacral ligament and cardinal ligament.keeping for nix vaginae integrated.It was applicable to those whom having uterus cut indication.
