| Abstract: | A 66-year-old female who presented with cervical lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly was found to have large B-cell lymphoma on lymph node biopsy. However, trephine biopsy revealed involvement of the marrow by follicular lymphoma, and cytogenetic study showed an abnormal clone with 47,XX,+18. |
