花生壳药用成分的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究花生壳中药成分的提取工艺。方法通过单因素试验、正交设计试验和提取验证,获得最佳提取工艺条件。结果优化的工艺条件是以95%乙醇6倍(W/W)加热回流提取2h,再以70%乙醇4倍量(W/W)回流提取2h,提取液过滤、合并、浓缩,加2%淀粉60℃以下减压干燥。结论此工艺兼顾总黄酮及β-谷甾醇,浸膏粉含量高,制剂质量稳定、可控,并可明显降低生产成本。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the extraction technology of active ingredients from peanut hulls.Method To opdmize the extraction technology by single factor method,orthogonal experimental design and validatory experiments. Results The optimized extraction technology conditions were: the peanut hulls were refluxing extracted by 95% acohole 6 times of the hulls weight for 2 hours first,and refluxing extracted by 70% acohole 4 times of the hulls weight for 2 hours successionally, then the concentrate was dried vacuumizedly with the additament of starch 2% of the concentrate weight after the extracts were fitrated,united and concentrated. Conclution The optimized extraction technology conditions considered simultaneously the two indices of total flavonoids and β-sitosterol. The preparation quality was controllable and assurable,and reducing the production cost meanwile.
