从疫情监测结果看防控成人麻疹的重要性

目的了解卢湾区2004至2006年麻疹监测疫情的流行特征。方法根据法定传染病报告系统、卢湾区2004至2006年麻疹监测专报系统、2004至2006年麻疹发病统计表及卢湾区相关人口资料，进行病例分布分析。结果2004至2006年全区共接疑似麻疹报告198例，其中2005年共报告疑似麻疹病例138例，是2004年报告数的19．7倍，2006年的2．6倍。病例以成人，尤其青壮年为主。结论预防和控制成人麻疹应作为麻疹控制的重要策略之一。

By results of surveillance on pestilence situation to observe the importance of prevention and control adults measles

Objective To understand epidemic characteristics of measles surveillance on measles pestilential situation from year 2004 to 2006 in Shanghai Lu Wan District. Method Based on legal report of infections disease, report of measles surveillance from year 2004 to 2006 in Lu Wan District, nosopoietic report of measles in year 2004 to 2006 and related population data of Lu Wan District, three space distribution of cases were analysed. Results 198 cases of suspected measles were reported from year 2004 to 2006 and 138 cases were reported in year 2005, it was 19.7 times compared with year 2004 and 2.6 times compared with year 2006, most of the cases were adults especially teenagers in the prime of life. Conclusion To prevent and control adult measles should be one of the important tactics.
