经皮肾穿注射消痔灵与无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿对比观察

目的 :探讨消痔灵注射液与无水乙醇治疗单纯性肾囊肿临床疗效与安全性。方法 :单纯性肾囊肿 198例 ,分为消痔灵组 10 0例与无水乙醇组 98例。 B超导向经皮肾穿 ,分别将消痔灵注射液与无水乙醇溶液注入两组肾囊肿内 ,定期观察囊肿大小变化与不良反应 ,以确定其疗效与安全性。结果 :随访 6个月后 ,消痔灵组总有效率 94 % (94 / 10 0 ) ,无水乙醇组总有效率 92 .8% (91/ 98) ,两组卡方检验无明显差异性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;术后腰痛发生率消痔灵组为 33% (33/ 10 0 ) ,无水乙醇组为 5 9% (5 8/ 98) ,两组有高度显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;两组均未出现出血与感染等并发症。结论 :消痔灵注射治疗单纯性肾囊肿疗效与无水乙醇相同 ,但不良反应少于后者 ,是一种安全有效的硬化剂

Comparison study on Chinese medicine Xiao Zhi Ling injection and absolute alcohol for sclerotherapy of renal cyst

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Xiao Zhi Ling injection for sclerotherapy of the single renal cyst under guidence of intervenous ultrasound.Methods One hundred ninty-eight patients were livided into the treatment group(100 cases) and control group (98 cases).The treatment group was treated with Xiao Zhi Ling injection and control group was treated with absolute alcohol.The size and change of the renal cyst between the two groups were observed for determing the effect.Results After 6 months'follow-up,the effect rate was 94% and 92.8% in the treatment group and control group (P>0.05).The incidence of flank pain was 33% and 59% in two groups (P<0.01).No complication of hemorrage or infection appeared in two groups.Conclusion The effect of Xiao Zhi Ling injection for sclerotherapy of renal cyst is similar to one of absolute alcohol,but the incidence of side effect Xiao Zhi Ling injection is obviously lower than one of absolute alcohol.Xiao Zhi Ling injection is an effective and safe sclerosant.
