膀胱憩室肿瘤的诊治体会

目的 提高膀胱憩室肿瘤的诊治水平.方法 回顾8例膀胱憩室肿瘤患者的诊断与治疗经过,对其临床资料进行分析和总结.结果 随访0.5～5.0年,7例均有复发,其中2例死亡,1例目前术后6月无瘤存活.结论 膀胱憩室肿瘤的诊断以膀胱镜和影像学检查为主,治疗应采取外科手术特别是根治性膀胱全切术,必要时辅以放、化疗.

Diagnosis and treatment of carcinoma in vesical diverticulum

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of carcinoma in vesical diverticulum. Methods Data of 8 patients with carcinoma in vesical diverticulum were retrospectively analysed. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months - 9 years. All the 7 patients relapsed. Of which 2 patients died, 1 patients now already survived for 6 months after operation and was still free from disease. Conclusion Cystoscopy and imaging examination play an important role in detecting carcinoma in vesical diverticulum. Surgical operation, especially radical cystectomy, should be performed. Adjunctive therapies such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy should also be considered if necessary.
