卵巢癌中P-糖蛋白的表达与预后的关系研究

目的 :探讨卵巢癌多药耐药基因产物P_糖蛋白 (P_gp)的表达与上皮性卵巢癌患者预后的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法 (SP法 )对用福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的 30例正常卵巢组织及 74例卵巢癌组织进行了P_gp检测。结果 :30例正常卵巢组织中 ,P_gp无 1例阳性 ,而卵巢癌组织中P_gp阳性率为 18.9% (14/ 74)。对 6 2例卵巢癌患者随访资料进行Kaplan_meier曲线分析 ,发现P_gp阳性组的存活率显著低于阴性组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :P_gp的过度表达对病人的预后具有一定的判断价值。

A Study on the Relationship Between Expression of P-Glycoprotein and Prognosis in Human Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Objective:To determine the relationship between the expression of P-gycoprotein and prognosis in human epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:Immunostaining of P-gp was performed on 30 normal ovaries and 74 primary epithelial ovarian carcinomas which had not received any chemotherapy before surgery.Immunohistochemical study was performed by the streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method using monoclonal antibody JSB-1 directed against P-gp.Results:There were no detectable expression of P-gp in normal ovaries but P-gp immunoreactivity were present on 14(18.9%) of the tumor tissues.The survival period of patients with P-gp positive tumors was singnificantly shorter than that of those with P-gp negative tumors (P<0.01).Conclusion:The result suggests that P-gp expression in patients with epithetial ovarian cancer is a useful marker of a poor prognosis.
