缺血性脑血管病患者溶血磷脂酸检测

目的探讨溶血磷脂酸的检测与缺血性脑血管病发生发展的关系及影响因素。方法对436例缺血性脑血管病患者在不同时间进行LPA、AP检测，同时检测TG、TC及测量血压。研究LPA、AP浓度的增减与缺血性脑血管病发生发展的关系及高血压、高血脂对LPA、AP检测的影响。结果脑梗死和暂时性脑缺血患者在发病24h、48h、72h之内LPA、AP均高于正常，7d后LPA开始逐渐降低恢复正常，而AP一直高于正常，LPA、AP的升高或降低与高血压、高血脂和头颅CT是否有病灶无明显因果关系。结论LPA、AP在缺血性脑卒中发生时具有预警作用，是一个敏感的反应有无缺血性脑损害指标。

Detection of Lysophosphatidic Acid in Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To investigate relation between detection of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and ischemic cerebrovascular disease occurring and developing, and investigate affecting factor of both. Methods To study relation between concentration of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) and acid phospholipid(AP) increasing and decreasing and ischemic cerebrovascular disease occurring and developing, and how hypertension and hypelipemia affected on examining concentration of LPA and AP, we examined concentration of LPA, AP, triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC) in blood at different time and measure blood pressure for 436 patients of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Results The concentration of LPA and AP were higher than normal people within 24h, 48h, and 72h of cerebral infarction and transient cerebral ischemia attacking. After 7 days of these disease attacking, the concentration of LPA began to get decreasing and reached normal, while the concentration of AP was higher than normal all through. There were not definite relation among concentration of LPA and AP increasing or decreasing and cerebral infarction, transient cerebral ischemia and the head CT finding out the focus or not. Conclusion Concentration of LPA and AP made warning function as cerebral ischemia stroke and was a standard for judging ischemia brain damage.
