| 摘 要： | 淋巴绘图技术作为一种标准手术评价方法,在妇科的外阴癌和宫颈癌中已有较多研究。前哨淋巴结的检出率和阴性预测值较高,能更真实地预测其他淋巴结状况,有可能作为决定患者治疗方案依据本文综述淋巴绘图在妇科恶性肿瘤的应用进展。

| Abstract: | By lymphatic mapping we can identify those sentinel nodes which are metastasized lymph nodes among patients with primary solid tumors. Since recent clinical application of lymphatic mapping in evaluating standard operation methods for melanomas and breast cancer, there has been extensive research on the implementation of this technique to predicting lymphatic involving state of most women with solid neoplasias. In this review, the current status of sentinel node biopsy in patients with gynecological cancers and its employment in vulvar and cervical cancers were summarized |
