HBV不同模式感染者血清HBV-DNA与Pre-S_2相关性研究

目的　探讨HBV感染者不同模式血清Pre S2 与HBV DNA之间的关系。方法　应用聚合酶链反应技术 (PCR)和酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)对 742例HBV感染者血清 ,同时进行HBV DNA和Pre S2 检测。结果　HBeAg阳性血清中 ,HBV DNA和Pre S2 阳性率分别为 89.8%和 88 3 % ,均明显高于HBsAg阳性 (第二、三模式 )血清中HBV DNA(阳性率为 2 1 8%和 5 5 6 % )和Pre S2 (阳性率为 6 3 2 %和 81 2 % )的阳性率 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　HBeAg(+ )患者血清中 ,HBeAg ,HBV DNA和Pre S2 三者有较好的相关性 ,均可表示病毒复制活跃 ;HBsAg(+ )患者血清中 ,Pre S2 阳性率 (分别为 6 3 2 %和 81 2 % )明显高于HBV DNA阳性率 (2 1 8%和 5 5 6 % ) (P <0 .0 1) ,此时Pre S2 (+ )不能作为判断HBV复制活跃的确切指标。

Analysis of Relationship Between HBV-DNA and Pre-S2 in Different Model Serum of HBV Infection Patients

Objective To study the relationship between Pre S 2 and HBV DNA in different model serum of HBV infection patients. Method Using polymerase chain reaction method and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Result In serum of HBeAg positive patiens, the HBV DNA positive rate was 89.8%, the Pre S 2 positive rate was 88.3%, the rates were significant higher than those in serum of HBeAg positive patients (21.8% and 55.6%). Conclusion There is significant relation between Pre S 2 and HBV DNA in serum of HBeAg positive patients, the results suggested HBV replication active. The Pre S 2 positive rate was significient higher than HBV DNA positive rate in HBsAg positive patients, but that can not be regarded as mark of HBV replication active.
