| 摘 要： | 用康赛宁腔内给药,治疗恶性胸腹水73例,显效86.3％,有效10.9％,总有效率为97.2％。PS从入院时的3.38级上升到出院时的1.12级。副反应极轻,发生率4.3％,本剂效高、安全、适应性广,是治疗恶性胸腹水较为有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Adminstration of Kanserin with intracavitary injection, 73 cases of malignant hydrothorax and malignant ascites were treated. The results showed that the total responsed rate of the drug was 97. 2%. Among them,86. 3%were significant response. Personal status (PS) of the patients recovered from grade 3.38 when administered to the hospital to grade 1. 21 when discharged from the hospital. Side effects of the drug were very mild,the incidence was only 4. 3%. From the study, the drug was proved to be effective,sale,broad spectrum,and could be the remedy to treat the patients with malignant hydrothorax and malignant ascites. |
