| 摘 要： | 以含０．７５％Ａｄｅｎｉｎｅ饲料喂养，造成慢性肾功能衰竭的大鼠，同时灌胃肾茶水提液（１０，４ｇ／ｋｇ）可有效地降低血清ＢＵＮ、肌酐含量，并可改善贫血症状，增加内生肌酐清除率及尿肌牙的排泄。这种促进毒性代谢产物排出的作用与其增加肾小球滤过率和肾血流量有关。

| Abstract: | The rats were fed with the forage containing 0. 75% adenine to suffer from chronic renal failure. Meanwhile the rats were given Clerodendranthus Spicatus orally. As a result, BUN andcreatinine in the serum of the rats effectively reduced and their symptoms of anaemia were improved.It also increased clearing endocreatinine and draining the creatinine urine. This function may be related to the increase of renal blood flow and the filtering rate of glomerulus. |
