| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用可调式髌骨骨折整复器治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法 采用可调式髌骨骨折整复器固定治疗87例髌骨骨折。结果 手术 1周后即扶拐下地 ,逐步负重行走 ;随访 6个月～ 2 .5年 ,平均 17个月 ,膝关节功能均恢复正常。结论 应用可调式髌骨骨折整复器固定治疗髌骨骨折 ,适应症广 ,创伤小 ,操作简便 ,固定可靠 ,是髌骨骨折较好的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of adjustable reductor on treatment of patellar fractures. Methods 87 patients with patellar fractures were treated with adjustable reductor.Results All patients could walk with crutch and load gradually one week after reduction. They were followed up for 6 to 30 months.The functions of knee joint were recovered completely. The good and excellent rate was up to 100%. Conclusion The adjustable reductor used in the treatment of patellar fracture has the advantage of extensive indications,small trauma,simple performance and solid fixation so that it is a good method for treatment of patellar fracture. |
