| 摘 要： | 蛙皮素（ＢＢＳ）侧脑室内注射（ｉ．ｃ．ｖ）使家兔ＭＡＰ升高，ＨＲ减慢，并呈剂量－效应关系．预先用酚妥拉明或心得安ｉ．ｃ．ｖ均可取消ＢＢＳ中枢升压效应，而预先用Ｓａｒａｌａｓｉｎ或血管升压素拮抗剂ｉ．ｃ．ｖ，对ＢＢＳ的中枢升压作用无明显影响。以上结果提示，ＢＢＳ在脑内有明显的升压作用，此升压作用可能是通过脑内的肾上腺素能受体（α和β）介导的，而与脑内血管紧张素Ⅱ和血管升压素的释放无关。

| Abstract: | The effects of intracereboventricular(i.c.v)administration of bombesin (BBS)on mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)were studied in rabbits.I.C.V.injection of BBS produced dose-dependent elevations of MAP and reductions of HR.I.C.V.preinjection of phentolamine or propranolol abolished the pressor action of BBS, but i.c.v. preinjection of saralasin or arginine-vasopressin antagoressin antagonist did not modify this response.These results indicated that BBS has a pressor effect cenrally which is mediated by adrenergic receptors(α and β)in the brain,and is not caused by the releasing of angiotensin Ⅱ or vasopressin in the brain. |
