摘    要:目的: 探讨肝动脉栓塞化疗联合经皮射频消融治疗不能手术切除的肝癌的价值.方法: 对2000年2月至2003年2月间103例不能手术切除的肝癌分别行肝动脉栓塞化疗(51例)或肝动脉栓塞化疗联合经皮射频消融(52例).结果: 两组治疗后6个月生存率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),1年及2年生存率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).肿瘤缩小率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论: 对不能手术切除的肝癌,肝动脉栓塞化疗联合经皮射频消融能明显提高肿瘤缩小率及生存率.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization (TACE) combined with percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (PRFA) in treatment of unresectable hepatocarcinoma.Methods:From Feb 2000 to Feb 2003, 103 patients with unresectable hepatocarcinoma in the First People's Hospital of Yulin were treated with TACE (51 cases) or TACE+PRFA (52 cases).Results:After the treatment, the total survival rate in six months was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The total survival rate in 1 year and 2 years was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). The tumor reduction rate had significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:For unresectable hepatocarcinoma, the use of TACE combined with PRFA can significantly increase tumor reduced rate and survival rate.
